Staying hydrated is key to feeling vibrant and looking radiant! The following hydrating fruits can hydrate and also serve as a power-snack to help you glide through your days!

Watermelon

Probably the least surprising natural hydrator on our list, the watermelon hydrates and provides that juicy burst of sweetness slices while having so few calories. Look for these trust-worthy, sweet and delicious watermelons from Melon 1!

Oranges

Water content: 80 - 89%

No wonder they pass these out after marathons! Juice fresh oranges (no sugar needed) for an extra boost of hydration. These juicy fruits are also easy to add to your diet. Just add to a smoothie, salad, yogurt, eat as a snack, or even enjoy them frozen!

Cantaloupe

Water content: 90-99%

Eating these off the vine is a unique treat, but these are typically offered in store and are the perfect complements for your sandwiches and salads.

Strawberries

Water content: 90-99%
